This English version is a translation provided for convenience. For customers in Türkiye, the Turkish version prevails in case of any conflict.
1. Parties and Scope
1.1. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the rules for using the WeSocialLab service (the "Service") offered at wesociallab.com by WE1TOWN LIMITED (the "Company"), registered in the United Kingdom (England and Wales) under company number 13784988, with its address at 160 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
1.2. Any natural or legal person who signs up for or uses the Service (the "User") declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms. Anyone who does not accept the Terms may not use the Service.
1.3. Package purchases are also governed by the Preliminary Information Form, the Distance Sales Agreement and the Refund Policy; processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Cookie Policy.
2. Definitions
- Service: the wesociallab.com marketing site and the WeSocialLab application, and the features they offer for generating content with AI, scheduling it and publishing it on X.
- X Account: an account that the User connects to the Service by granting authorisation on X (Twitter).
- Persona: the content settings the User defines for each X Account, such as topics, tone, language, bio, posting hours, sources and banned words.
- Content: post text and images generated by the Service with AI, or written or edited by the User.
- Package: the service package bought for a thirty (30) day period of use, which sets the number of X Accounts that can be connected, the daily post limit per account and the monthly image quota.
- Credit: a balance the Company may grant free of charge, used for additional AI generations beyond the Package quota.
3. Account
3.1. To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and create an account with a valid email address and verify it. The User undertakes that the information they give at sign-up and afterwards is accurate and up to date.
3.2. The User is responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all actions taken through their account. A User who suspects unauthorised use of their account must notify the Company immediately.
3.3. A User using the Service on behalf of a business declares that they are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.
4. Scope of the Service
4.1. For each X Account the User connects, the Service uses AI agents to generate original text and images according to the Persona settings, presents them for the User's approval or, if the User chooses, schedules them automatically, and publishes them on the related X Account through the official X API.
4.2. Text and image generation is performed through third-party AI providers such as Anthropic (Claude) and OpenRouter, and publishing through the X API provided by X Corp. These parts of the Service depend on the availability, rules and usage limits of those providers.
4.3. The Company and WeSocialLab are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by X Corp. "X" and "Twitter" are trademarks of X Corp.
5. Packages, Term and Usage Limits
5.1. The paid features of the Service can be used within the purchased Package for thirty (30) days from the moment payment is confirmed. Packages do not renew automatically and no recurring payment is taken; to continue, the User makes a new purchase for each thirty (30) day period. A reminder may be sent by email as the end of the period approaches.
5.2. Each Package sets the number of X Accounts that can be connected (1, 3, 5, 10 or 20), the daily post limit per account and the image quota per period. Current Package contents and prices are shown on the pricing page and on the checkout page. Once a limit is reached, no further X Account can be connected, no new posts can be generated for that day, or image generation stops unless Credit is available.
5.3. Buying the same Package again while it is active extends the current period by thirty (30) days. If a different Package is bought, the new Package starts as soon as payment is confirmed and the previous Package ends; the remaining days of the previous Package are not carried over and are not refunded. This is also disclosed to the User in the Preliminary Information Form before payment.
5.4. When the Package period ends, new Content generation and publishing of scheduled posts stop; the account, Persona settings and past Content are not deleted and can be used again once a new Package is bought.
5.5. Credit granted free of charge by the Company cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or refunded.
5.6. To keep the Service stable and compliant with X's rules, the Company may apply reasonable technical restrictions independent of Package limits (such as request limits, a minimum interval between posts and blocking the same text from being published again).
6. Connecting X Accounts and X's Rules
6.1. The User may connect only X Accounts that they own or for which they have the owner's express written authorisation. The User is responsible for ensuring every connected X Account is used within that authorisation.
6.2. In everything done through the Service, the User must comply with the X Terms of Service, the X Rules, the X Automation Rules and X's other policies. These rules in particular prohibit posting identical or substantially similar content from multiple accounts, platform manipulation and spam, and coordinated activity intended to artificially influence trends or engagement.
6.3. A User who connects more than one X Account must ensure each account has a distinct identity and original content, and must not use the accounts to amplify each other's content or inflate engagement.
6.4. X may restrict or suspend X Accounts or limit the Service's API access under its own rules. The Company is not responsible for enforcement actions taken by X against the User's account or their consequences.
6.5. The User may delete an X Account at any time from the Accounts page in the application or revoke the Service's access in X's account settings.
7. Prohibited Uses
7.1. The User may not use the Service for the following purposes or in the following ways:
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, automated replies or mass mentions, follow/unfollow churn or other activity that breaches the X Automation Rules,
- Impersonating another person, brand, organisation or public official, or creating a misleading impression of who owns or runs an account,
- Misleading, deceptive or knowingly false content; fake news, misleading content about elections or civic processes, fake reviews, or hiding that promotional content is advertising,
- Images depicting real people in a misleading way (deepfakes), or sharing personal data or private information about people without their consent,
- Hate speech, harassment, incitement to violence, propaganda for terrorist or criminal organisations, child sexual exploitation, obscene content or any content that breaks applicable law,
- Content that infringes intellectual property, trademark or personality rights,
- Promoting illegal products or services, gambling, cryptocurrency scams, pyramid schemes or similar misleading financial offers,
- Threatening the security of the Service, attempting unauthorised access, reverse engineering the Service, using methods to bypass usage limits or reselling the Service,
- Using the Service in breach of the usage policies of the Company or of third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenRouter, X).
8. User Responsibility for Content and Publishing
8.1. The User is the publisher of all Content published from their X Accounts through the Service. Even where Content is generated by AI, all civil and criminal liability arising from published Content and its consequences rests with the User.
8.2. By enabling auto-publish, the User agrees in advance that Content generated for the related Persona will be published without further review by them. The Company recommends reviewing Content in approval mode for a while, especially for a new Persona.
8.3. The User undertakes that the information they add to Persona settings, custom instructions and RSS sources is lawful and that they are entitled to use it.
8.4. The Company has no obligation to review Content before publication; however, it may apply automated checks such as banned words, duplicate blocking and content rules, and may stop the publication of Content it finds to breach these Terms.
9. Notes on AI Output
9.1. AI models work probabilistically. Generated Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, biased or unexpected, and may contain incorrect statements about real people, events, dates, figures and sources.
9.2. The Company does not guarantee that Content is accurate, original or fit for a particular purpose, that it does not infringe third-party rights, or that it will produce any particular engagement, followers or revenue. Similar instructions may produce similar content for different Users.
9.3. The Service is not designed to produce legal, medical, financial or investment advice. The User must verify Content on such topics before publishing it.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All rights in the Service's software, design, trademarks and documentation belong to the Company or its licensors. The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Service in line with these Terms for the duration of the Package.
10.2. The Company claims no rights in Content; to the extent permitted by law, rights in Content belong to the User. The User permits the Company to process Content only to provide the Service (generating, storing, displaying and publishing it on X) and only to that extent.
10.3. The scope of intellectual property rights in AI-generated content varies between countries; the Company does not guarantee that Content will be protected under any particular legal system.
11. Suspension and Termination
11.1. In the event of a breach of these Terms or X's rules, an unjustified payment chargeback, activity that threatens the security of the Service or other users, a request from competent authorities or a notice from X, the Company may, depending on the nature of the breach and with prior notice or without notice in urgent cases, stop publishing Content, disable the related X Account, or suspend or close the account.
11.2. The Company informs the User of a suspension or closure decision and its reason by email wherever possible. The User may appeal the decision through the support channels.
11.3. The User may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of their account. As Packages do not renew automatically, no separate subscription cancellation is needed.
11.4. No refund is made for the remaining Package period of an account suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms; consumers' rights under mandatory law are reserved.
12. Service Continuity and Changes
12.1. The Company uses reasonable care to provide the Service without interruption; however, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, outages at third-party providers or changes to the X API. The Company does not commit to any particular availability level.
12.2. The Company may develop or change the Service's features and the AI models and providers it uses. Changes that materially alter the main characteristics of a purchased Package to the User's detriment are not applied until that Package period ends, or are handled under the Refund Policy.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for Content published by the User, enforcement actions taken by X, indirect losses, or loss of profit, reputation, followers or data.
13.2. The Company's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount the User paid the Company in the thirty (30) days before the event giving rise to the loss.
13.3. These limitations do not apply in cases of the Company's intent or gross negligence, death or personal injury, or other cases where liability cannot be limited by law. The rights of Users who qualify as consumers under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection are reserved.
13.4. To the extent permitted by law, the User agrees to cover the Company's losses arising from third-party claims brought against the Company because of Content the User published or the User's breach of these Terms.
14. Personal Data
14.1. Personal data is processed in line with the Privacy Policy, the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Cookie Policy. The User understands that Persona and Content data is sent to AI providers for generation and that Content to be published is sent to X.
15. Changes to These Terms
15.1. The Company may update these Terms prospectively. The current text is published at wesociallab.com. Material changes are announced to the User by email or in-app notice a reasonable time before they take effect. A User who continues to use the Service after a change is deemed to accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
16.1. For Users resident in Türkiye who qualify as consumers, the mandatory provisions of Turkish consumer law are reserved; these Users may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees at their place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts for disputes above those limits.
16.2. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes.
