The Buyer's name, email address and any invoice details are those registered in the account and declared at payment. The Buyer is responsible for keeping this information accurate and up to date.
4. Main Characteristics of the Service
4.1. Service: a WeSocialLab Package. A Package is a digital service that, for each X (Twitter) account the Buyer connects, generates original text and images with AI according to the persona settings the Buyer defines, presents them for approval or schedules them automatically, and publishes them through the official X API.
4.2. Each Package sets the number of X accounts that can be connected (1, 3, 5, 10 or 20), the daily post limit per account and the image quota per period. The contents of the chosen Package are shown on the checkout page.
4.3. A Package is valid for thirty (30) days from the moment payment is confirmed. It does not renew automatically and no recurring payment is taken; if the Buyer wishes to continue, they make a new purchase for each thirty (30) day period.
4.4. Buying the same Package again while it is active extends the current period by thirty (30) days. If a different Package is bought, the new Package starts as soon as payment is confirmed and the previous Package ends; the remaining days of the previous Package are not carried over and are not refunded.
4.5. To use the Service, the Buyer needs to connect at least one X account under their own authority. Publishing posts is subject to the availability of the X API and to X's rules.
5. Price and Payment
5.1. The total price of a Package is shown on the checkout page before payment. Prices are in Turkish lira (TRY) for card payments and in US dollars (USD) for cryptocurrency payments. The amount the Buyer approves appears on the payment receipt and in the payment history of the account.
5.2. Turkish lira payments are made by debit or credit card through iyzico. Card details are processed only by iyzico; they are not seen, processed or stored by the Seller.
5.3. US dollar payments are made in cryptocurrency through Plisio. The amount of cryptocurrency due is shown on the Plisio payment page; network (blockchain) fees and exchange rate differences are borne by the Buyer. If the payment is underpaid or not completed in time, the Package is not activated.
5.4. Any commission or charges applied by the card-issuing bank are borne by the Buyer. There is no delivery, shipping or additional service fee.
5.5. The Seller may grant free credit as part of a promotion. Such credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is not refundable.
6. Delivery and Performance
6.1. The Package is activated in the Buyer's account immediately and electronically once the payment provider confirms the payment, and a payment receipt is sent to the Buyer's email address. Nothing is shipped.
6.2. Activation of the Package starts performance of the service; the service is performed continuously throughout the Package period.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1. A Package is a service performed instantly in electronic form. Under Article 15/1-ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services performed instantly in electronic form, and under Article 15/1-h it does not apply to contracts for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval before the end of the withdrawal period.
7.2. By approving the payment, the Buyer expressly requests that the Package be activated immediately and that performance of the service begin at once, and acknowledges that they will therefore lose the right of withdrawal.
7.3. This exception does not remove the Buyer's statutory rights regarding a defective service. 8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
